UPDATE: Inventronics Issues Tariff Notification to Customers – 7/31/26
Dear Valued Customer,
As published by the White House on July 23, 2026, President Trump has implemented a 12.5% additional
tariff on imports from China. This will increase the tariff on Inventronics products manufactured in China to
37.5% effective immediately.

Please note that no tariffs have been implemented for imports from Mexico for USMCA-compliant products.
As such, products manufactured at our factory in Guadalajara, Mexico remain tariff-free.
For Inventronics product manufactured in China, we have once again revised our program for addressing
these tariffs as detailed below:
• Inventronics will apply a reduced tariff adder equal to 27% of the selling price for products
manufactured in China, effective August 1, 2026.
• Existing Stocking Agreements, Supplier Agreements, and Blanket Orders will be subject to the
new tariff adder.
• The tariff adder will appear on our invoices as a separate line item equal to 27% of the
applicable product selling price.

Representative (USTR) actions and keep you informed of any changes.
